“On Track Reality” is what they say! They are stupendous and beyond comparison! We always try to experience different things to be able to tell which is good but not in this case. They are the best.

I am always amazed with level of details and personal touch from first call, first meeting to today and beyond…As a first time home buyer in foreign land…you end up with so many doubts, concerns and trust issues with yourself that you almost give up but Alka, Sahil & team was always there to hold on to that and handle it gracefully and bring you upto speed.

Alka & team take care of your personal needs in this hunt so much that I felt once that Alka doesn’t want me to buy the house at all. “There has been cases when I liked the house but Alka & Sahil will detail out why this is not the house for you!” They have that expertise & touch you need and tough to find.

We have gone through change of needs & priority in this hunt multiple time and I can say that it didn’t put dent on Alka & Sahil’s enthu in restarting the search ever.

After a while, there was a day when I eventually found a house which made us feel this is it! and that was the first house we ever bid and got after all. There were so many things which Alka and team helped me throughout the process of buying that – I can say I would have made so many mistakes without them on my side. And some things weren’t even possible which were made possible ( think of convincing sellers to do religious ritual before closing due to religious calendar days etc). I haven’t seen an inch of conflict of interest as part of the whole buying process which took us 1.5 yrs.

My take is: it’s worth talking to her once even if you are not sure. It’s not easy and everyone knows it.
