- Salaried Licensed Agents - We have 2 openings for experienced licensed agents
(6 months or more experience is required). This position is for those agents who want to stay in the real
estate business but don't like the uncertainty of their commission checks. Not only will you get regular

Currently, we are not looking to add any agents to our office except those who have a goal of making atleast
$100K in earned gross commissions and who come highly recommended by our current team members. If you match
this criteria and the requirements below, we will be glad to talk to you. We don't want to have large number
of agents at our office. We want a small quantity of highly productive and ethical agents. Agents who can
treat this as a career, not just as a back up opportunity to earn some money.
If you interested in a rewarding career in Real Estate, are available
full time, and want to work at a company that expects high standards, integrity, honesty, and teamwork from
all it's agent, then we are interested in talking to you.
We offer:
* High commission split (high starts and going up as high as 90% with no desk fees). We reward our agents
for their designations with extra percentage. We also offer desk plans.

* Floor time - Yup, this is huge. You don't have to become our free secretary in the office
and answer phones in return for getting the floor calls (no carrots to entice you here, just
pure rewards). You are assigned floor slots and are on call to get any calls that come in
during that time, including the Internet leads. No need to be sitting in the office setting
up appointments for other agents, taking messages for them, etc. We have paid staff for that.
You go work, we will get you the leads.

* EXTRA - Annual retreats and mini retreats to build the team and learn new ideas to
grow (fully paid by the company)
And here's our new BOLD guarantee for those interested (you must
ask for it when you start with us so that we know of your intentions to make such amounts
right upfront, and plan it accordingly).
When you join Ontrack Realty, you are guaranteed a minimum gross income as long as you do
what you are trained to do. All our training is above board and always puts the clients
interests first. You will be trained (infact you will be fully expected) to make this
income with absolute high standards and strong ethics & integrity. This is a bold guarantee
and we know of no one else who offers such a guarantee.
If you already have atleast 3 months experience in the business, and if we
hire you and you do what you are trained to do, you will make atleast $75,000 gross in your first
full year with us. If you don't, we will pay you as if you grossed 75K.
If you are brand new, we offer the same guarantee, except that the period will be changed to 15 months.
If you already gross 75k or more per year, we will help you multiply
your numbers by 1.5 times. Same guarantee applies, we will pay the difference if you don't.
